David Cervinka

David is international liaison partner with PKF in the Czech Republic. PKF is an advisory firm with worldwide presence. He also serves as non-executive director (supervisory board chairman) for Hanover Asset Management, investicni spolecnost a.s. which is a fully-licensed fund administration and asset management firm (incorporated in the Czech Republic), exclusively offering corporate and private qualified investors a complete range of services.

Prior to joining PKF David has been involved in a number of investment projects as co-investor and manager. He was also active in financial advisory services which have included various consultancy mandates across Europe. His specialty is corporate finance and financial planning.

David has long term links to the IT industry and began his professional career working for a European computer component importer and distributor firm in the early nineties.

David holds a doctorate in physics from Charles University.
